For Saltwood Skipper Billy Crumbie this is going to be the longest day of his life...

The following takes place between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00am on the day of the Saltwood Boot Fair.

8.02 - Special Agent Crumbie explains to Special Agent Oakes that Psycho may be being held at Cookie's. Oakes agrees to go and check out the building himself. Crumbie offers backup, but Oakes insists that Tom Riley stay behind and continue to make bunting.

8.06 - Special Agent Crumbie approaches Special Agent Cookie to see if he has the availability book. Oakes and Crumbie have decided that Cookie can't be trusted. Cookie denies all knowledge of it, but Crumbie suspects Cookie could be the mole.

8.11 - Jo Rice phones Special Agent Oakes to ask him to get some more bacon for the BBQ on the way back. He notices that there are suspicious foreign voices in the background. He suspects they could be from 'Club X', but the line goes dead before Rice can continue.

8.14 - Someone picks up 'Fatherhood' by Bill Cosby on the Saltwood stall- they decide not to buy it.

8.19 - Special Agent Oakes phones Special Agent Crumbie to tell him that he cannot find Psycho although there is evidence that he was at Special Agent Cookie's house.

8.24 - Dan Cowell comes up to get his free burger. He gets the one that is broken up, and has been on the BBQ since half six.

8.32 - The Boot Fair is heaving but without Psycho too many cars are stopping on the driveway.

8.35 - Special Agent Richard Owen walks up to the ground from Folkestone. He notices the car of Special Agent Ken Lewsey parked outside the Little Chef. He walks in closer and also notices the car of Special Agent Oakes. He hides in the bushes for a while, but then decides that this is childish.

8.42 - Special Agent Crumbie walks around the ground collecting forms off each car. Morgan points out a woman that may be selling tea.

8.46 - Special Agent Crumbie approaches the 'tea woman' and grabs her arm around her back. She is quietly led from the ground. Bilial asks her if she has seen the availability book, or if she moved the wheelbarrow. She denies both.

8.53 - Special Agent Oakes arrives back, explaining that he could not find Psycho. He explains to Special Agent Crumbie that Special Agent Cookie is now a chief suspect.

8.56 - Tom Rice notices a piece of Bunting in the Visitors loo. He checks it closely. He would recognise that Bunting anywhere. It was the Bunting from the 2002 season.

8.59 - Rice and Special Agent Crumbie decide to open up the Cess Pitt. It's not a popular move amongst stall holders. Special Agent Crumbie goes inside and discovers a whole pile of bunting. He also finds his beloved availability book. Who would have put it there and why?
