Hythe Boot Fair – Saltwood CC

Thank you to everyone who has supported our boot fairs in 2011. We’re all done for 2011 but will be back in 2012 with more of our popular boot fairs!

Saltwood Cricket Club run boot fairs throughout the summer. We advertise our boot fairs in the local papers around Folkestone and Hythe, so plenty of people turn up to buy. Pitches cost just £6, and entry and parking are free, although you are more than welcome to put a donation in the buckets on the way in or out. All proceeds from the car boot sale go towards running the club for senior and junior teams. Set up from 6:30am, open to all from 7am

Getting to the Saltwood Cricket Club Boot Fair is really simple. We’ve included instructions from a number of locations.

Hythe Cricket Club Boot Fair Directions

If you’re in Hythe, then take the Tanners Hill exit on the roundabout near Waitrose, and follow the road until you see the sign further up Tanners Hill. If you’re visiting the Hythe Cricket Club boot fair and then want to find us, drive along the canal path then turn right onto the main road, then right again. Pass a few sets of traffic lights until you get the roundabout.

Hythe Green Boot Fair Directions

If you’re at the Hythe Green boot fair, getting to Saltwood depends on where you park. Just follow the road sign for Folkestone until you get to the roundabout just past Waitrose. Take the Tanners Hill exit and follow the signs.

Etchinghill Boot Fair Directions

Getting to the Saltwood Car Boot Sale from the Etchinghill boot fair  is quick and easy. Turn left from the Etchinghill cricket club / golf club exit and follow the road until you get to the Etchinghill roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and carry on past Folkestone Rugby club towards Hythe. Once you get nearer to Hythe & Saltwood, you’ll see one of our signs.
